AI Agency OS — a SaaS dashboard that runs a marketing agency

The project

Marketing agencies usually run on a CRM, a project tool, an invoicing app and a pile of spreadsheets. AI Agency OS puts that work in one place, with a dashboard that shows revenue, clients, projects and deadlines at a glance.

What I built

• A CRM that follows each client from lead to retained, with their projects and invoices
• Projects and tasks on a drag-and-drop Kanban board
• Invoices with line items, automatic numbering and PDF export, Arabic included
• An AI assistant that drafts proposals, emails and summaries and saves them to the client
• A dashboard with revenue, clients, active projects and upcoming deadlines
• A command menu (Cmd+K) to jump to anything, plus team settings and roles

Built with

Next.js and TypeScript, with Supabase for the database, sign-in and row-level security that keeps each agency’s data apart. Zod validates every form, dnd-kit runs the board, and Vitest covers the logic.
