LUXEDAR — a luxury real-estate landing page for Riyadh

The project

LUXEDAR is a landing page for buying property in Riyadh. The first screen has to sell the city before it sells a house, so the page opens on the skyline and lets the visitor scroll into the story before reaching the listings.

What I built

• A sunset hero built from real photographs: the Kingdom Centre, Al Faisaliah and the city lights, with the city name passing through the tower’s opening
• A scroll scene that pulls back through a window to a Saudi buyer standing on lit stairs, rendered in Blender
• Four property cards that slide in beside the window, from the same data as the listings
• A list of villas and townhouses in north Riyadh, filtered by type, with prices in riyals
• An enquiry form that checks a Saudi mobile number and opens WhatsApp with the message ready
• English and Arabic, right to left in Arabic, with the Arabic city name set to the same width as the English
• Smooth 60 fps scrolling, and a calmer version for visitors who turn motion down

Built with

Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with GSAP and ScrollTrigger for the intro and the scroll scene. The room, the buyer and the villas are Blender renders, and the skyline is composited from real photographs.
